Job Overview : Seeking an experienced and highly qualified Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Associate on behalf of a prominent law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment, representing clients in complex patent litigation cases. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and a passion for intellectual property law.

Location : Duties :

Provide legal representation in patent litigation cases

Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs and motions

Develop case strategies in collaboration with legal teams and technical experts

Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration

Participate in discovery processes, including depositions

Advise clients on legal risks and case developments

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation

Experience in intellectual property law

Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple complex cases

Federal court experience preferred

Education :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications :

Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (preferred)

Skills :

Technical expertise in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
