Registered Nurse (RN) III - Cardiac Evaluation Unit

The Cardiac Evaluation Unit (5100) specializes in the care of patients post MI, post Cath lab procedures (TAVR, PCI), post device care (pacemakers / AICDs), and patients with CHF or arrhythmias requiring cardiac drips.

STATUS : Full-time (36 hours)

LOCATION : Rochester General Hospital

DEPARTMENT : Cardiac Evaluation (5100)

SCHEDULE : Weekend Program (Receive an additional $7 / hr) - Program requires working three 12-hour shifts, with scheduled hours falling between 7 AM on Friday and 7 AM on Tuesday.

AS : Nursing (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
