Overview

General Sales Manager - Infrared Fitness Studio role at HOTWORX. We are hiring for the Corpus Christi (Southside) location. This is a high-impact leadership role blending sales, marketing, leadership, and customer service to drive membership growth and build a strong studio team.

Responsibilities

  • Studio Leadership & Team Management : Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates and trainers. Maintain a clean, professional, and high-energy studio environment. Lead weekly meetings, team coaching, and ongoing performance reviews. Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable studio culture.
  • Sales & Membership Growth : Drive new memberships through tours, outreach, and referral programs. Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs. Manage the full client lifecycle, from initial inquiry to long-term retention. Provide exceptional customer service and member engagement.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement : Manage the studio’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Create and schedule engaging content to promote services and results. Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and wellness providers. Represent HOTWORX at community events, wellness expos, and pop-ups.
  • Studio Operations & Financial Management : Oversee scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance. Ensure daily operations comply with HOTWORX standards and policies. Monitor and report on studio performance metrics and budgets. Maintain safety standards and CPR / AED readiness.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition.
  • Experience leading teams and driving performance.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Current CPR / AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Preferred

  • Background in fitness, health, wellness, or hospitality.
  • Experience with client relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or related field.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Projected Compensation : $40,000 - $65,000. Includes Base salary + uncapped personal commission + 4% total studio retail + 4% total studio membership cash + performance bonus for meeting & exceeding sales goals.

  • Work Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday : 10 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM (includes 1.5-hour break)
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (includes 1-hour break)
  • Saturday : As needed (community events, pop-ups, special sessions)
