Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager will serve as the Owner's Agent and is responsible for the planning and on-site execution of construction projects from initiation through completion. The role requires project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution to ensure that project goals are met.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage commercial building sector projects ranging from $5 Million to $50 Million from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams for project planning to ensure success.
• Oversee the design process and manage relationships between design and construction to deliver quality, budget-conscious, and complete documents on schedule.
• Interpret and understand construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Develop and implement strategies and action plans to pursue additional business with existing and new clients.

Work Environment :

The work environment involves being on-site in a trailer for a two-year project. The position requires the ability to be on-site throughout the project duration. Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $120.00 - $160.00 / hr.
