About the Role :

The client is seeking a Systems Support Engineer to support the technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams. You will play a key role in executing equipment qualifications, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute daily work activities from the Liat task list
• Ship and receive Liats for depot repair service
• Induct new Liats into the equipment management system
• Execute equipment qualifications and manage review / approval workflows in the EDMS
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all Liat activities
• Apply and update labeling to reflect instrument status (GxP vs. non-GxP)
• Participate in daily huddle meetings and provide status updates
• Deliver timely and professional customer support
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and supervisors to ensure lab compliance and workflow optimization
• Adhere strictly to lab safety policies and procedures
