JOB DESCRIPTION
The People & Culture Specialist, L&D Resource Center – Events (Events Specialist) is accountable for logistical set-up and delivery of Learning and Development (L&D) programs that support firm and business line key initiatives. Deliverables for this role are based on firm and business line needs, audience size, and complexity of concepts. This position evaluates delivery needs – whether instructor-led, webcast or self-study – and recommends tools and features to support these needs. Through strong partnerships across National Learning & Development, the Events Specialist supports learning projects that span across large and / or multiple areas as well as complex and large-scale change, such as supporting a new system or product implementations to multiple job functions that may affect processes. This role also involves data collection to ensure successful set-up and delivery of training events. In addition, the Events Specialist serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for learning technologies and leverages these technologies to ensure successful set-up, delivery, processing, and closing of events.

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range : $50,000 - $60,000
Maryland Range : $50,000 - $60,000
NYC / Long Island / Westchester Range : $50,000 - $60,000
