Host / Hostess

The 401 is in need of a host / hostess. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.

Responsibilities :

• Greet guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort guests to the dining areas.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work with others.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• You will utilize handheld technology to pick and process online order transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit.
• Clean and gather menus during service.
