- Over 60 primary care physicians - internal referrals
- Audiologists within the department, speech therapists
- Clinic and OR schedule
- Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan - $416,000-$520,000 annually dependent on 0.8 - 1.0 FTE
