About the Role :

The Deputy Center Director plays a critical leadership role in supporting the overall management and strategic direction of the center. This position is responsible for assisting the Center Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring program effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Deputy Center Director collaborates with various departments to foster a productive and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. This role also involves representing the center in internal and external meetings, contributing to long-term planning, and driving initiatives that enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Ultimately, the Deputy Center Director ensures that the center meets its goals efficiently while upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a similar organizational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the center’s operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Public Health, or Nonprofit Management.
  • Experience working in a healthcare, research, or community service center environment.
  • Proven track record of successful budget management and resource optimization.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance measurement tools.
  • Certification in project management or leadership development programs.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Center Director in managing daily operations and administrative functions of the center.
  • Coordinate and supervise program implementation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and support staff development initiatives, including training, performance evaluations, and team-building activities.
  • Monitor budgetary performance and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the center, external partners, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective communication.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts and the development of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Represent the center at meetings, conferences, and community events as needed.
