SAP Functional Consultant- Operations

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with business leaders, process owners, technical staff and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and configure the relevant SAP modules accordingly.
• Design and document business processes, ensuring efficient use and integration of SAP functionalities.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the SAP system.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis, etc.) for enhancements and custom development.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S4 / HANA features, best practices, and industry trends.
