Key Responsibilities
Create and update operations manuals and forms
Edit and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred, or high school diploma with equivalent experience
Minimum two years of experience in writing, editing, and managing editorial content, preferably in healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with form creation or Adobe LiveCycle Designer
Demonstrated accuracy in grammar, spelling, and sentence construction
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
