job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the residential location. Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and verify the credentials of individuals entering the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any suspicious behavior or conditions. Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including coordinating with local authorities if needed. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to residents and visitors. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
