Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any contraindications. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments. Deliver exceptional massage treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. Provide clients with education on self-care techniques and aftercare instructions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative, drama-free work environment. Current and valid Texas Massage Therapy license. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for providing exceptional client care.
