Crozier Fine Arts is part of Iron Mountain and is inviting applications to join its dynamic and growing team in Providence, RI. Crozier revolutionized global art logistics and has earned the trust of artists, collectors, dealers, galleries, and museums worldwide for four decades. We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care, movement, and long-term preservation of art and culture.

To that end, Crozier Fine Arts is seeking to add two Senior Art Handling Specialists to our Special Project Team in Providence, RI. Senior Art Handlers are responsible for ensuring safety and integrity in packing, crating, and transporting artworks to and from museums across the world, regional art galleries, and private venues. In addition to physical requirements, this role also provides leadership and guidance during projects while acting as a liaison between clients and company managers.

Responsibilities

• Handle, move, wrap, pack, and crate art objects, decorative arts, and / or furniture
• Install / uninstall art for onsite projects
• Load / unload trucks to ensure safe transit
• Plan, organize, and pack trucks to ensure utmost safety of objects during transit
• Conduct inspection reports
• Lead, guide, and coach team of 3-5 Art Handlers for success during on-site projects
• Act as onsite liaison between clients and company management
• Determine strategy for projects, particularly when senior staff are not on site
• Spend 5% of time on laptop / desktop computer, telephone

Reasonably expected salary range : $60,100.00 - $75,100.00
