Hiring now! Moss is seeking motivated and safety-conscious Night Shift Laborers to join our team for MC4 / Wire Management Remediation on utility-scale solar projects. This position requires travel throughout the state of FL and requires having reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel and work all night shifts.

Important information and requirements :

$20 / hour + $2 / hour night shift differential

Night Shift Hours : Monday - Thursday , 8 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM, no OT

Per diem opportunities available when traveling

Drug test will be conducted upon job offer acceptance

Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. and present all physical documentation to complete I-9 requirements

Must have own transportation to travel to work sites

Skills and qualifications :

Previous experience with solar PV installation, wire management, familiarity with MC4 connectors and / or basic electrical safety practices is preferred but not required

Must have ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, we will train you to do the rest

Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for the entire shift (8-10 hours)

Must be willing to work night shifts and travel regularly to project sites in the state of Florida
