job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMust be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Other Details : A facility is seeking a locum tenens Dermatologist to provide general dermatology care in a clinic setting. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with patient contact hours from 8 : 00 AM to 11 : 45 AM and 1 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 PM. There is no on-call requirement, and shifts are variable based on PRN needs. The clinic supports one physician and one advanced practice provider, with a 2 : 1 nursing support ratio. The provider is not expected to supervise the APP. The role involves managing all general dermatologic conditions, performing biopsies and skin checks, and excludes Mohs surgery. Each provider will have two exam rooms. Daily patient volume averages 30, with 15-minute appointment slots. There is also an optional teaching opportunity available through a family practice residency program. Providers may need to coordinate with hospital staff if infusion services are required. Candidates must be Board Certified, fellowship-trained in Dermatology, and hold an active IA license or an active IMLC LOQ at the time of submission. Rf : T60036
