The Real Estate Representative of the New Haven / Hartford CT market is responsible for the development and management of new and existing sites for our assets (billboards, digital displays, and other signage). This person will have the opportunity to be hands on and create value for OUTFRONT by identifying and developing new sites for our assets and manage that process from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who is a skilled negotiator who can build and maintain relationships with a variety of landlords throughout the market. Responsibilities include managing existing real estate assets to include lease renewal / easement negotiations, and other related matters as deemed necessary by management.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 per year. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
