As a Security Officer - Tech / Media Dispatch in Norfolk, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. Your responsibilities include managing communications, dispatching resources, and providing detailed reporting to support the overall security-related operations. You will help to deter incidents through your responsiveness and strong customer service approach, while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Thur 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Fri 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
