Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees multiple major functions within our Industrial Services division, handling both administrative and technical aspects. This role ensures projects align with company goals, budgets, and schedules, while managing interdepartmental coordination, personnel decisions, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between GFL and clients, managing communication on design, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project planning, scope definition, task allocation, and resource planning.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams and subcontractors, including oversight of invoicing and project billing.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings; report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Monitor quality assurance and implement necessary project changes to ensure deliverables are met.
• Oversee project evaluations, results assessments, and project closeouts.
