Ratios : Day / Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in)

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units? Yes, will not practice outside of scope

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? No locals (75 miles)

RTO Restrictions : We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract

Special Requirements : Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Peripheral Line Care / Management, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions

Patient Diagnosis : Acute respiratory failure, CHF, COPD exacerbation, pneumonia, sepsis

Special Equipment : BIPAP, CPAP, High Flow, Ventilators, trach, chest tubes

Epic Preferred

1st time US travelers must have Epic experience

Scrub Color : Any combo of navy and white

Charting : Epic
