Persian-Farsi Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer

Overview

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Persian Farsi Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver cryptologic training programs aligned with NSA / CSS and DoD standards. This role focuses on preparing future SIGINT language analysts through hands-on, scenario-based, and blended learning techniques. In this role, you will ensure training materials accurately reflect operational duties and enable mission success. U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Clarify and document operational requirements, training objectives, and material scope.
• Prioritize requirements for training development in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct research using classified and unclassified resources to source authentic Persian Farsi language content.
• Develop training materials covering transcription, translation, and analysis of operational exercises.
• Collaborate with instructors, government personnel, and contractor teams to produce domain-specific training content.
• Utilize tools such as Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premier to create blended learning experiences.
• Design and implement practical evaluations to measure student mastery of objectives.
• Recommend tools and applications to enhance training effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $75,000 - $78,000 annually. The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary. Final compensation will be determined based on the role's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, and skill set, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws or agreements. Additional Details

Travel : Minimal, as required.

Work Environment : On-site, classroom-based instruction at Goodfellow Air Force Base.
