Salesforce Business Systems Analyst job at LS Solutions. New York, NY. Title : Salesforce Business Systems Analyst. Duration : 18 Months with possible extension. Location : Remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the development of user stories and technical requirements for process or system solutions which will span multiple business partners by collaborating with stakeholders and business areas.
• Participate in all phases of requirements gathering, solution design, configuration (or development), testing activities, end-user training and application administration.
• Participate in the business process reviews for requirement gathering and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging Salesforce best practices and a low code / no code maxim approach.
• Work with business and stakeholders to develop requirements for various initiatives.
• Participates in all Agile / Scrum activities including user story submission, user story / backlog grooming, planning, and assists in sprint planning and schedules.
• Assist with breaking down business partner stories and business requirements into backlog items to be worked by the product developers and ensure the developers have a thorough understanding of each business partner story and / or application requirement.
• Participate in technical design reviews and collaborate on proposed technical solutions and approach.
• Collaborate with other business analysts, developers, project managers, and business users in daily scrum sessions to ensure consistency in sprint schedules.
• Document and assign defects resulting from functional, regression and load testing.
• Maintain IT relationships by working with application architects, infrastructure teams, and / or database administrators to ensure compliance with State of New Hampshire Technology processes including SDLC, code review process, promotion process, etc.
• Must be comfortable taking appropriate steps to protect PHI / PII / PCI.
