Lead Frontend Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Sr. Software Engineer - Frontend.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive reusable, reliable, and scalable front-end architectures across the platform experiences

Lead design and development of shared UI components and design systems, focusing on accessibility and maintainability

Optimize user-focused performance across browsers and devices while collaborating with design and product teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in front-end engineering with deep knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with multiple frameworks

Strong understanding of browser fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and performance tuning

Experience designing and maintaining component-based design systems with support for theming and accessibility

Solid understanding of working with back-end technologies, RESTful APIs, and authentication patterns
