Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Loan Processor to support the preparation and finalization of documentation for both commercial and consumer loans. This role involves handling a variety of loan types, including commercial real estate, construction and development, investment properties, C&I / UCC asset-based lending, and select consumer financing.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Lending Team to ensure timely and accurate loan processing while upholding the integrity and professionalism of our organization. Experience with the LaserPro platform is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to clarify details throughout the loan process
- Finalize loan documentation and ensure clients understand their obligations
- Stay up to date on lending practices and financial services
- Maintain and update loan records accurately
- Conduct searches and perfect liens on collateral
- Request and digitize financial information from customers; close loans efficiently
- Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
