Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience at Momento.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and present the menu.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve dishes and drinks according to restaurant standards.
  • Check in regularly on guest satisfaction.
  • Provide menu and beverage recommendations.
  • Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
  • Keep work areas and assigned tables clean and organized.
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server or in customer service (preferably in fine dining or international cuisine).
  • Excellent attitude, personal presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
