About our client :

Our client, a prominent full-service law firm in Florida, is seeking a seasoned and client-oriented Employment Partner to join its expanding Labor & Employment Practice Group in Tampa . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who excels in a collaborative setting and is looking to advance their career at the partner level.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic counseling and legal advice to employers on a wide range of employment law matters.
  • Advise on employee relations, workplace policies, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, terminations, and ADA / FMLA issues.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 10+ years of focused experience in employment law; strong counseling background preferred.
  • No litigation experience required.
  • A portable book of business is required for qualified candidates with strong practice potential.

    • Salary and Other Compensation

    The annual salary for this position is between [$200k – $350k] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
