Senior Manager, Multi-Family Sales
The Senior Manager, Multi-Family Sales is responsible for driving Allied Air's growth and market leadership within the multi-family housing segment across the U.S. This role leads a team of Business Development Managers, who focus on building relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and specifying representatives to position Allied Air brands as the preferred HVAC solutions for multi-family projects.
The ideal candidate combines deep HVAC industry experience, strategic business acumen, and proven team leadership skills with a strong understanding of the multi-family construction and design process.

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $116K and $152K annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography / market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime. You are also eligible for the Regional Account Manager bonus structure which includes the new developer bonus.
