We are looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of financial processes. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain detailed bookkeeping records and update financial data regularly.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit sales tax reports in compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Generate weekly financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Utilize Sage 100 software to streamline bookkeeping tasks and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to address financial inquiries and provide support as needed.
• Monitor financial activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
