Job Title : Product Communications Coordinator

Reports To : Communications

The Product Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and customer engagement, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audience. In a dynamic and innovative environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and external partners to craft compelling stories that highlight our products' unique features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with product managers to gather insights and information needed for creating content.
  • Create and maintain a library of product materials, including datasheets, case studies, and FAQs.
  • Draft and distribute press releases and announcements during product launches.
  • Manage the company's social media presence by creating engaging posts related to product updates and features.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product communications, marketing, or public relations roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
