Job Title : Assembler
Job Description
As an assembler, you will be responsible for handling fiber cables by measuring, cutting, and placing them in clips. Utilizing blueprints or detailed work instructions, you will feed color-coded wires through connectors with precision. Once wires are properly fed, you will apply epoxy, pull wires through to complete the coating process, and use curing devices to dry the epoxy. The final steps include polishing and testing to ensure all connections are functional. This role involves the use of small hand tools, microscopes, or projection scopes to complete assemblies.

Work Environment
Work in a brand new, rapidly expanding facility featuring clean room conditions without strict dress code requirements. Employees can dress business casual and wear a smock during work. Optional PPE such as gloves or safety glasses are provided, though not mandatory. This role involves contributing to the development of a new division poised for significant growth in the coming months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
