Seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine physician as we plan for the retirement of a physician with a very large practice. Solo provider clinic, shares a building with a walk in clinic. Established practice currently covered by an APP. FM - $300,000 bonus based on RVU production IM / Peds - $315,000 bonus based on RVU production $40,000 sign-on bonus $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary) 33 days of time off 5 days $6,000 CME annually 1 : 4 call The Community : The area is centrally located between major metropolitan centers, offering convenient access to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis, all within a two-three hour drive via interstate highways.
