Associate Recruiting Coordinator
The Associate Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of entry-level hiring of associates, including the summer program and campus outreach, while serving as a liaison to law schools and developing strategies and budgets. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Other key responsibilities include :
- Supporting all phases of recruiting efforts, including coordinating candidate interviews and correspondence, performing GPA calculations, and maintaining candidate records
- Developing and maintaining relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and other recruitment professionals, serving as the firm's liaison while assisting in executing and representing the firm at recruiting and external functions
- Planning and executing logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation, programming, events, and offer letters
- Developing and monitoring budgets and expenses for outreach and recruiting efforts, and collaborating with team members and committees to identify and implement new marketing and promotional strategies
- Providing administrative support to the Recruiting Committee, assisting in managing long-term hiring goals, preparing recruitment statistics and reports, and developing presentations for internal and external audiences
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and / or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Pay Range : USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 / Yr.
