A company is looking for an Examiner, Default Preliminary Judicial Report Title Examination.

Key Responsibilities

Review Ohio-based and multi-state real estate title reports for approval or rejection

Research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records and logs

Meet production goals and quality metrics set by management

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Prior title examination / search experience

Typing / Data Entry skills, minimum 55 wpm with 97% accuracy

Proficiency with computers, software programs, and technology

Knowledge of real estate terminology
