Looking for a Data Logging Engineer- Onsite- Plano TX

accepting on W2 candidates, No C2C candidates

Shift : Weekend shift only (Friday–Tuesday, 9 : 00 a.m.–7 : 00 p.m.)

We’re seeking a Data Logging Engineer to perform system-level log captures and analysis across 4G / 5G network elements, troubleshoot performance issues, and support commercial network stability. This position requires strong analytical and scripting skills, basic Linux / Unix knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a rotating 24 / 7 support environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and analyze logs on 4G / 5G network elements to identify root causes of issues.
• Perform KPI degradation analysis to quantify / qualify problems.
• Automate log analysis using Python, Shell, or Perl scripting .
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain technical documentation.
• Conduct audits (parameters, signatures, SW / firmware) and support patch / software upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive resolutions.
• Provide ticket updates and clear communication to internal / external teams.
• Participate in 24 / 7 on-call support rotation for outages and critical issues.
