Quality Administrator And Auditor
Burrow Global Services is seeking a motivated Corporate Quality Administrator and Auditor to support our company-wide Committed to Quality (C2Q) initiatives. This individual will play a key role in promoting continuous improvement across engineering and project execution activities serving the industrial oil, gas, chemicals, and energy sectors. Candidates for this position can select full time or part time hours.
Working closely with the C2Q Committee, this role focuses on driving quality management initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and performing project quality audits. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to develop expertise in quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support C2Q Committee Initiatives
- Assist in the rollout and coordination of corporate quality programs and objectives.
- Maintain documentation and track progress of ongoing quality improvement efforts.
- Help organize C2Q meetings, compile reports, and follow up on assigned actions.
- Project Quality Auditing
- Conduct internal and project-specific quality audits under the direction of the C2Q Committee.
- Assist in developing and updating audit checklists, reports, and corrective action logs.
- Work with project managers, engineers, and department leads to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain electronic quality documentation and records in compliance with corporate policies.
- Support audit scheduling, data entry, and report formatting using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and communications related to quality performance metrics.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Experience :No prior auditing experience required full training provided.Prior experience in an engineering firm or industrial project environment is a plus.Skills & Competencies :Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to take direction from multiple team members and manage competing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Professional demeanor and commitment to continuous improvement.Why Join Us
