Molding Operator

$15.5 - $17.5 / hour

plastics injection molding machine operator

• Operate molding machine (part retrieval)
• Operate structural foam machines (part retrieval)
• Conducts product handling, packaging, and containment of non-conforming product
• Performs secondary operations, including, but not limited to : inserting, drilling, milling, trimming, using the hot iron, wrapping with plastic, assembling, tapping, strapping, heat staking, in-mold decorating, insert molding, fixturing
• High school diploma / GED (preferred)
• Read, write, and speak English language
• Basic math skills
• Previous factory experience (preferred - but entry-level is ok)
• Able to lift 60 lbs. to shoulder height on an on-going basis
• Push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop on an on-going basis
• Grip and hold parts for quality inspection
• Use hand tools
• Stand for extended periods of time
