Florida Licensed Pharmacy Director

A company is looking for a Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies and procedures for intake, patient advocacy, and prior authorization teams

Ensure high-quality patient care, including timely medication dispensing and coordination with healthcare providers

Manage the pharmacy's budget and resources, and develop new programs and services for patients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

Minimum of ten (10) years of pharmacy experience

Minimum of five (5) years management experience in specialty pharmacy
