THE ROLE

Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a / an Operations Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

We're looking for a hands-on, analytical co-op to join our team and help tackle real business challenges in the Device Tray area. This role will support projects focused on improving workflow efficiency, reducing operational costs, and driving alignment across teams. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making processes better, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in identifying and implementing workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Support documentation updates and creation for revised processes and procedures
• Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and productivity yield improvements
• Help analyze SVOP (Standardized Value of Production) and other performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Device Tray and Mainstream operations
• Support project tracking, reporting, and presentation of findings to leadership
• Additional tasks and project support as needed to meet evolving team and site priorities

Compensation : $25-$30 / per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
