Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Shift Manager in the day-to-day operations of the park, including ensuring the safety of guests and staff, providing excellent customer service, and managing the staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist the Shift Manager in supervising and training staff.
• Ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the park.
• Open and close the park as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints.
• Complete administrative tasks as needed.
