Work Period : January 2026 through June 2026

Location & Schedule : This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA with the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range : Ranges from $25 / hr - $34 / hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

As a key member of our Global Supply Planning team, you'll help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time to meet customer needs and drive operational excellence. You'll support inventory fulfillment strategies, monitor supply continuity, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high service levels and inventory optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end inventory planning and develop core supply chain skills in a high-growth, consumer-driven company. Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do :

• Purchase Order Management including category SKU replenishment, weekly PO management review to adjust for changes in demand and / or supply capacity, NPD inventory positioning and fulfillment
• Inventory portfolio reviews to determine necessary DC inventory balancing, Inventory conversions, excess inventory depletion requirements
• Inventory portfolio master data maintenance item parameters review and updates
• Review of Inventory Metrics & plan for corrective actions
• Participate in weekly S&OP meetings and use outputs to reposition inventory levels where required
• Creating & maintaining various reports as needed
