A company is looking for a Senior Demographic Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain accurate provider demographic information in health plan systems

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through regular audits and updates

Generate reports and analyze provider data to identify trends and improve processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in managed care or healthcare, focusing on provider data or network administration

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and systems such as HIPAA and CMS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel

Strong understanding of database management systems and reporting tools
