Sodexo Live! is seeking a Premium Club General Manager supporting the first-class, international Qantas Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. What You'll Do

• Have oversight of daily food & beverage operations and deliver a high-quality product / program;
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships (engage with guests discreetly / confidentially);
• Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and / or
• Ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
