Field Technician

We are looking for experienced Field Technicians in [list of cities or surrounding areas] to support a dispatch-based project with Barrister. The primary focus will be handling Unisys service calls for Dell laptop and server repairs. This is a flexible, dispatch-based role with no fixed schedule — you’ll receive service requests and accept jobs based on your availability. Responsibilities Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on Dell laptops and servers (primary focus) Install and replace system components (motherboards, hard drives, memory, power supplies, etc.) Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and networking as needed Handle scheduled service calls and emergency dispatches per SLA (same day, next day, or weekend work) Requirements Proven experience with Dell laptop and server repair Familiarity with component-level replacement and troubleshooting General knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking (for secondary support work) Availability for dispatch-based assignments Reliable tools and transportationaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
