Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) and associated services
Resolve customer inquiries related to API integrations, network issues, and multi-product workflows
Identify product improvements and handle critical cases from internal channels
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and German
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support role
Experience with modern programming languages and web-based troubleshooting
Salesforce administration work experience
