Polar Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a HHA or CNA to join our growing team!

Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St Paul, MN right off highway 36, near the giant snow man and North High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 114-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available : Full or Part time, pms, including e / o weekend

HHA Wage : $17-$22 per hour

CNA Wage : $19-$24 per hour

Shift Differential : $1 PM, $2 Overnight

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including :

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
