We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious marketer who can help us scale Pincites’ brand, community, and customer experience. You’ll own everything from CX playbooks to launch campaigns to community events—and be the voice of a category-defining AI product.

At Pincites, we’re building the future of contract negotiation. Legal teams use our AI to redline contracts directly in Microsoft Word. It learns how top teams like Ramp and Redis negotiate, then automates the process with AI-generated redlines and comments tailored to their playbook.

We’re venture-backed (YC, General Catalyst, Nat Friedman) and already generating real revenue. You’ll be the first GTM hire and have a front-row seat at a fast-growing AI startup.

About Pincites At Pincites, we’re building an AI-native contract negotiation platform for legal and procurement teams. Our product lives inside Microsoft Word and helps teams negotiate faster and more consistently. It learns how top teams (like Vercel, Ramp, or Redis) negotiate today, then automates that workflow with AI-generated redlines and comments tailored to their playbook.

With support from top investors like Nat Friedman, General Catalyst, Liquid 2 Ventures, and Y Combinator, we’ve generated significant annual recurring revenue and serve legal teams globally. We're on a high-growth trajectory, aiming to build a billion-dollar company.

We are venture-funded, in the seed stage, and assembling a world-class team. As a member of our founding team, you’ll join us on this exciting ride with a meaningful stake in the action.

About You You’re a builder at heart—creative, resourceful, and excited to wear many hats in a zero-to-one role. You know how to talk to users, shape messaging, and build a strong brand from scratch.

You’ll own and scale our CX engine, social presence, marketing funnel, and partner content, with playbooks from the founders to start, and a clean slate to make them your own.

You’re not afraid of AI. You’re curious about how it fits into legal workflows and how to make the complex feel simple and compelling.

Who you are You’ve led or executed on CX, content, or partnerships at an early-stage startup

You write clearly, think in systems, and care about brand voice

You love talking to customers and figuring out what makes them tick

Bonus : you’ve marketed AI or B2B software before

What You’ll Do Run point on customer success—write playbooks, track usage, follow up on accounts, and turn feedback into action

Own our marketing—from daily LinkedIn posts to blog content, SEO, and email campaigns

Help scale partnerships—organize webinars, co-marketing events, and cold outreach pushes

Build and grow your personal brand alongside ours
