We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Journeyman Plumber will work primarily on construction sites, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed correctly and function efficiently.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for various plumbing applications.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.
• Adhere to all local plumbing codes and regulations throughout the installation process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with relevant certifications.

Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.

Strong skills in pipe threading, welding, and assembly of plumbing components.

Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Must possess valid commercial driving credentials if required for job duties.

Proficient use of hand tools and power tools related to plumbing tasks.
