Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated attorney who is

• barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• to represent both
• plaintiffs and defendants

• small businesses to large corporations
• , in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. This role will focus on
• breach of contract claims, creditor / lender disputes, and partnership disputes
• . Additionally, the position will involve
• contract drafting
• and some
• business and real estate transactions
• Qualifications :
• Minimum of
• 3 years
• of
• commercial litigation
• experience
• Licensed to practice law in
• Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• Strong litigation skills, including
• case strategy, depositions, motion practice
• , and
• trial preparation
• Experience representing
• plaintiffs and defendants
• in
• breach of contract claims, creditor / lender disputes, and partnership disputes
• Contract drafting and familiarity with
• business and real estate law
• a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
