We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Marshal Manager to join our growing construction enterprise. As an Energy Marshal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Energy Marshals across several projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure our work is being done safely with all appropriate LOTOs installed across multiple projects and aid in the development of the Energy Marshal staff and program. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with our energy isolation policies.

The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions. In order to safely and successfully perform job duties you must be able to : Potentially lift up to 50 pounds, potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
