About The Position

Job Title : Cath IR Rad Tech

Profession : Radiologic Technologist

Specialty : General Imaging

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 10-hour Day Shift

Hours per Shift : 7am - 5 : 30pm

Experience : Minimum 2 years required

License : State Radiology Technologist License

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have :

• Ability to scrub into procedures with procedural physician.
• Familiarity with cath, EP, and IR supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge of radiation safety.

Description :

Operate imaging equipment in interventional procedures.

Support intra-procedure workflows effectively.

Work within a team of radiology technologists and nurses.

Handle patient types such as cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology studies.

Participate in 1 weekend on-call shift per month.

Be available for 1-2 nights on-call per week.

Handle one major holiday during the contract period.

Communicate with a diverse clinical team.

Engage in continuous learning and team building within the department.

Contribute to a positive department culture.

Shift rotation includes 4 ten-hour shifts, with day off varying week to week.

Schedule cycles are planned for 6 weeks at a time.
